The very bad report stuff box!

There is a little box with a green smile, an angry red face, a shredded document and a lightbold in Tork's upper right corner.

• Why does Fluxbox detach this box from Tork?
• Why is this box placed in Fluxbox's top layer, above everything else?
• Why is it on all the virtual desktops?
• In short, why does this box follow me around?

now I'm going to click "Save Page", and then click that angry red guy and report that I really dislike the report tool following me around.
